BASIC CAKE DECORATING - COURSE I*   
Tuesday, January 12     6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
January 12,19,26 & Feb. 2, 2011
(4 WEEK COURSE)
Cost: $50.00 (Includes course kit and manual)
Additional supplies may be needed

Classes meet for 4 weeks, the same time each week.
This is an introductory course covering the basics from leveling, torting, and icing a cake to creating beautiful borders, stars, and shells, writing, and making icing roses. This is an ideal way to learn to decorate cakes for any special occasion.

**COOKIE DECORATING
COOKIE GLAZING/WORKING WITH FONDANT**  
Wednesday, February 9   6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Cost: $25.00 (Includes materials for the night of class)

This class will focus on Valentines Cookies.  You will be given instruction on how to get the perfect cookie thickness with every single cookie.  Learn how to outline, dam and flood cookies as well as accenting your cookies.  We will also work with fondant and highlighting with royal icing.

You will learn how to prepare molds, melt chocolate, and focus on Valentine treats for you and your family and friends. All supplies are included!!!

Registration Information...
Classes are limited. Pre registration and payment is due prior to the start of class. No refunds will be given unless there is a one week notification before the start of the first class. If a class minimum is not met prior to the start of a class, the class may be canceled (at the discretion of the instructor) and a refund will be given.
All classes are held "hands on" where students will actually make and create the featured class techniques with samples to take home with them.
Minimal supplies may be needed.
